Any other way to download the template or increase upload size? Siteground are telling me that I can't change the PHP parameters on their shared hosting to increase the upload limit from 256 to 512

I can no longer access my website anymore, please is there steps I didn't follow, as my /admin website is showing wrong password. After I installed the template and updated the website, now was asked to login obviously I used my previous password I created from my WordPress dashboard. The issue now is that the login details is not allowing me to login.
Have watched the video over and over, to understand what I did wrong but I'm not finding anything I did wrong.
