We have had an ongoing 17 day fiasco with #CenturyLink customer service and FINALLY got it fixed as of the time I’m uploading this video. It has been one of the most frustrating customer service issues I have ever dealt with in my life.
We talked to or texted with approximately 30 people, spent some 22 hours on the phone and had 4 appointments with a tech cancelled because they couldn’t decide whether this was a repair issue or a customer care issue.
Regardless that it is now fixed. CenturyLink has the worst customer service in history and it got to the point that we felt like we were in a vortex and could not escape.
My recommendation is, if CenturyLink internet is ever one of you choices, go with whatever other company you can because this has been a horrible experience.
The issue was resolved when the tech that finally came out found that we had chewed wires at a switch and also had a bad port at the central station in our area. The original tech that diagnosed our problem from either Pakistan or India told us it was the CenturyLink modem, but that turned out not to be the case.
