This would be amazing for game optimisation!
Amazing ! It is a game change all over the industry !
Fix that contrast and saturation or else it's a step backwards. Please not another vhs.
I not only come here to learn, but I come to laugh, because you are so funny! I would love to take your class but I'm never going to figure it all out at my age with all my responsibilities, but it sounds like something for my daughter to learn. Very excited. She is 13 and I just downloaded Unreal and Blender to her rig last week. I was trying to help her learn. She wants to get into 3D modeling and scaling as well as world building.
I couldn't tell which set of leaves were the simplified ones.
Very impressive. This technique could have major impacts on the quality of real-time simulations such as games and VR.
Laughs in [Unreal Engine 5 Lumen]
I didn't fully understand the explanation .. From what I see during processing .. I think the original method used very small triangles of all a standard size, and the new method just using triangles of varying sizes. So for example .. If you had a square of area 9m² (2D model) and needed a model for it .. And new method just takes 2 large triangles of area 4.5m² .. But the old method would take a lot of little triangles of say .45m² and end up needed 20 small triangles instead of 2.
Just use unreal 5 engine
So its Nanite but not as real-time?
Hope it makes it to games so its cheaper to run
"This is the Nürburgring of light transfer algorithoms"
Where's Jimmer when you need him?
Finally cyberpunk will actually be playable
It is like ue5s nanites
I wonder how this compares to Simplygon remeshing
I wonder how long it will take until we get a game that uses many of theese new technologies
I saw a number of problems, the instrument has a rather obvious one, and the little character also had many issues around the arms and legs. im sure they can get this sorted out with the next update.
While this is great for AI, this has been done before, so its not exactly world shattering like most of the videos on two minute papers. The difference may come down to comparing this method with other methods and seeing which can do better and in less time/processing power.
I love this. I love this channel
